FEMA Legal Aid Contract
In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

The terms and conditions of this Contract are as follows:
- Scope Services: The Legal Aid Service Provider shall provide legal assistance and representation individuals and entities seeking assistance FEMA in matters related disaster assistance, including but not limited to appeals, disputes, and legal advocacy.
- Performance Standards: The Legal Aid Service Provider shall adhere the highest standards legal practice and ethics providing services under this Contract, and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the provision legal aid services.
- Compensation: FEMA shall compensate The Legal Aid Service Provider for the services rendered in accordance with the fee schedule and payment terms set forth in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
- Term and Termination: This Contract shall commence the effective date and shall remain full force and effect until terminated by either party accordance with the termination provisions set forth in Section 5 Appendix A.
- Confidentiality: The Legal Aid Service Provider shall maintain the confidentiality all client information and shall not disclose any such information to third parties without the express consent the client, except as required by law.
